consolidate the list of supported OSes on various docs #204

  1. here https://github.com/EOSIO/eos#supported-operating-systems we do not list Catalina, just Mojave
  2. here https://developers.eos.io/manuals/eos/latest/install/index#supported-operating-systems we do not list Catalina just Mojave
  3. here https://developers.eos.io/welcome/latest/getting-started/development-environment/introduction we say that eos, eosio.contracts and eosio.cdt share the same OSes support list and we list Mojave or higher (this includes Catalina) at the bottom of the page.

we should consolidate these docs

hi ovi, I would think we should if the version information on each page is correct as of the first step

Then we can see could we will automate the update. OS support depends on release, repo, version and content and installation options as well.
