Moved config.js to public
made globalThis.ghConfig global variable to access everywhere
env cannot be part of public code that's why I have added assigning default env part of vue code rather than config.js - https://github.com/EOX-A/stac-editing-gui/pull/20/files#diff-9164e2522095f9ab4a441b3219f191a5845573c92a41ccc142aee15449c7fb48R14-R18
