Add authentication flows pages as part of forms demo.

login with OAuth links to Google & Microsoft, Okta(?)
signup with wizard on
- password
- 2-factor auth
Settings as guided flow
- user credentials,
- legal agreement checkbox+confirmation
- name, address, DoB/age
landing page to "true responsive" UI
- settings in user profile with sections ^^
