Create an input component that display a map of switzerland allowing the user to choose a location

The idea is to have the user to do the following things and to retrieve the appropriate information:

• select a point (coordinate gps wgs84) and a radius
• create a polygon on a map like on eira: https://eira.epfl.ch/
