Professional type:

knex migrate for professional and professional type entity types
knex seeding uses professional types based on Shoshana's specs

Professional page:

Professional type display and filtering
Professional edition with type selection
Additional fields: phone, email, web
Not available: adding new professional types from admin app

Other changes:

created/updated by/at fields are automatically stripped out on patch request from external provider
