[PBI] Nginx proxy for API calls #42

Description

Need to create a nginx proxy to hide API keys (openrouteservice, traveltime, maptiler) from github. Keys will be included at deploy

This feature is required for #36 #35

Created in commit 6ef30acf609b8c4072bd6f13ce2b1392ec5d646b Right now works only for openrouteservice api but will be very easy to add other APIs
