Missing legends + Legends improvements #3

[ ] Add missing legends
[ ] Clean up legends:
- Round up the number of decimals
- Add the title of the legend: what's the variable? Should put "Légende: Index de mobilité" no?
[ ] Red/green : not colorblind friendly ;)
