Hi,

Would it make sense to expose some interface for personalizing the carbon-equivalent load per kWh, either as a raw number or by selecting the country where their server is located? This would probably work best as an opt-in.

Yes--Very important to personalise calculations to the local energy mix--This is coming up in the next round of projects :)

This could be taken one step further by automatically figuring out the location of the computer and using an instantaneous local estimate of the carbon footprint per kWh of power.
