Convert EPICS_BASE.windows-x64 and SUPPORT.windows-x64 from files to soft links to the win32-x86 files. Add additional soft links for other Windows architectures.
Improve RELEASE:

Use latest tagged version of each module
Remove incorrect links for asyn and devIocStats, these now reside in the same epics-modules repository as other synApps modules
Made the path to EPICS_BASE and SUPPORT more reasonable.

ADExample to RELEASE, because it is needed by xxx which uses simDetector. This is for areaDetector 2-4 and later.
