New Controller - Philips Friend of Hue Switches #149

Description

Enocean and Eltako developed a series of Switches for integration into Philips Hue systems. There are different models for different wall integrations available, they are all listed as "PhlipsFoH".

It is a 4 button switch, I tested my implementation with a Gira/Scenic Switch. But it should work with all others too.
