Non-pf sequences #86

Add non-pf reference sequences so that they show in the allele data. We still want to filter out anything that looks human and we want to have those numbers

Andres solved this by using the PfPvPmPo....fasta as a reference. But we need to triple check that what I copded actually makes sense (if another reference, like the 3d7-only is used it doesn't crush)
