I'm testing ERCore module installation. If I attempt to install ERCore without first installing all the dependencies it fails. All dependencies install except nodeaccess_userreference. This is generating an error that a user reference module must first been installed, even though the entity_reference module is also installing at the same time. Attempting to install a second time works correctly.
Node Access User Reference doesn't correctly identify that it's dependency is installing. This is a known bug in nodeaccess_userreference that was identified and patched three years ago. The patch apparently never made it into the module.
