Menu List:

• DONE! Keep filters automatically open...for all menus. For Countries default with a filter on "Member of EHEA"
• DONE! In the list, add the "Country ID" and put it as first column followed by country codes and then full name--this is more in line with other lists. All of these can be underlined and linked to the record.
• DONE! Country codes can be labelled "Alpha-2 Code" "Alpha-3 Code" [also in filter instruction]
• DONE! "Name" should be instead labelled "Country"
• DONE! Filter for QAA, European Approach and Key Commitment should be visible only for Admin Users...
• DONE! Order and labels in filter should reflect form so "EHEA Key Commitment", then QAA labelled "Cross Border QA Permitted" and finally "European Approach Permitted"
• DONE! Instruction in fields should read "Filter by EHEA Key Commitment" "Filter by Cross Border QA Permitted" and "Filter by European Approach Permitted"
• The order of the drop-down list elements is strange for these, we should put them in ascending or descending order of meaning if possible. (See below for proper order)
• DONE! Need "Add New Country" button at the bottom of list.

Instead of monkey-patching the code, I'll modify the data model to include EHEA Key Commitment types...

View Record: EHEA Key Commitments values should not display as in the table but translated as follows -

• No > Red
• Key Commitment Orange > Orange
• Partially, with conditions > Yellow
• Key Commitment Light Green > Light Green
• Yes > Green

Ideally, it can also list in this way on the drop-down menu in the New/Edit/Filter for EHEA Key Commitments, but this is secondary.

Ideally, the drop-down menu in the New/Edit/Filter for Cross Border QA Permitted and European Approach Permitted can be limited to the values:

• Yes
• Partially, with conditions
• No

In fact, we should just have two tables, but we are trying to make it less nonsensical for the moment. Main thing is the agency users should not see weird mixed values on the View Record.
