• Data Entry Area:
◦ File URL: enter file URL, can transform entered data into proper “http://” format if needed.
◦ OR Upload File: Browse users server (option for other location?); selected file shows up next to button.
◦ File Languages: Select from possible values, include text name and language codes
◦ New File Language box automatically appears after data is entered (alternatively, you can use an “Add More...” type button underneath File Languages).
◦ File Display Name: Enter data (optional, we could have “report” and “evaluation” somehow appear as suggested values...idea?)
• Display Area:
◦ Assigned Files will appear in Display Area after “Add File” button is clicked.
◦ Empty Data Entry Area form when file is assigned.
◦ Label “Assigned Files” should only appear when there is information.
◦ Multiple files can be assigned and each can be removed.
◦ “Edit” button pulls up Data Entry form with applicable file data.
◦ File display name with path/file name in parentheses should display; if no display name, then just path/file name.
