ACT as 32-bit cannot access 64-bit processes, of which DX11 FFXIV is. So that much is normal. It should be obvious by the file size, but ACTx86 just runs normal ACT with a flag saying it cannot compile/run as x64. The error in the picture is scrolled so the error message at the top is not visible.
This isn't the proper place for troubleshooting, so I'm trying not to drag this out. There's something unique about your system that is causing this issue, so it's not something a code change in ACT can fix. Please review the Troubleshooting Resources pinned issue. I strongly suggest the Discord. Though I'm nearly sure the first thing they will say is delete all ACT firewall rules and recreate them.
As this isn't a widespread problem, there's not much I can do about it. Closing due to inactivity among other things.
Advanced combat tracker.exe isnt able to self update or download plugins however it successfuly parses data from ff14. On the other hand ACTx86.exe can self update and download plugins but cant parse ff14 data.
I run the exe in admin and have added exceptions to both my windows firewalls and antivirus and also reinstalled to try and fix the problem, but I cant seem to workout why the problem is occuring.
Please find picture of problem attached.
