[G2M] Dropdown/miscellaneous

[vxsl]

• react and react-hooks eslint plugins were installed but not included in the lint config
  • now included in the config
  • has generated some new warnings, mostly about useEffect dependencies. Should be resolved
• installed import eslint plugin and included in the config
• DropdownSelect simple mode implementation has been revised
  • previously, logic throughout the component was duplicated to account for both simple and !simple cases
  • now, instead of duplicating the logic, all the logic refer to memoized finalData and finalSelectedOptions, whose value depend on simple || !simple.
• Simple story added to dropdown storybook
• type info is now returned on onSelect callback
