Changes:

constants/data-format: add formatting to different Cox data keys in DATA_KEY_FORMATTING
constants/insights-data-categories: add Cox categories to be used in widgets
util/data-format-functions: add key.includes(listKey) to condition to find the right format function for a key
util/string-manipulation: add Cox data keys to STRING_REPLACE_DICT
deps: upgrade @eqworks/chart-system & @eqworks/react-maps
