[G2M] Map - fix margin for xwi map & when using UserValueControls #194

Changes:

Widget Margin

  1. Removed padding for map widget when not in EDITORmode

  1. Adjusted margin top when using UserValueControls in the widget in QL & VIEWmodes

  1. EditableSubtitle - increased character limit to 180 to fit Cox subtitles
  2. Unrelated: dropped comma digits for currency data format for Cox
