Fix date ordering for days & months for widget data columns

Issue:

• currently we use the following lists to order data by day & month

  var MONTHS_ORDER = ['Jan', 'Feb', 'Mar', 'Apr', 'May', 'Jun', 'Jul', 'Aug', 'Sep', 'Oct', 'Nov', 'Dec']
  var DAYS_ORDER = ['Mon', 'Tue', 'Wed', 'Thu', 'Fri', 'Sat', 'Sun']

• this is incorrect when the January occurs after December or Sun occurs before Monday.

Solution:

• take in consideration the whole date in the column name to achieve ordering by month & day

Widget Studio also groups by whole date as well, we just need to format the Month for the Cox queries server side.
