Issue:

currently users in Dealertrack app have the freedom to hide or show the title in the widget; this is not a feature that is included in the ux design

Solution:

for users that are not devs the accordion feature should not be applied; it should be only used by devs to get access to the editor button of each widget in case the Title bar is set to not be displayed for a widget
