Added back cell formatting for json values
Updated lumen-table version for column header fix

@kc-leung also, could you please clean the data for dev-table-1 as you did in lumen-table?

@kc-leung If the compact mode issue is too much work for now, we can delay it for when the dashboard project re-launches. The main issue with the table that we needed fixed for the current dashboard is resolved.

@kc-leung could you please update this branch today or tomorrow with the last version of lumen-table so we can finish, and I can finish my own branch so I have time to check that everything works fine before Divya leaves after this week?
