[G2M] Maps - remove cox GeoJSONMVT & all Cox logic #230

Changes:

removed GeoJSONMVT logic
removed all COX-related code
added new props to Widget ( mapTooltipLabelTitles, customXMapLegendLayerTitles )
added prop description for Widget component in Readme.

all maps should show FSAor Postal Code for titles
cross visitation Map above should read in Legend: name of the Dealer for source & Competitor for target layer. Tooltip should contain Dealer and / or Competitor titles when hovering on circles & arcs.
