CustomSelect - disabled mode not readable #62

Problem: Placeholder text in CustomSelect is not visible enough in disabled mode.

Sidenote: Placeholder text & capitalization between design and implementation doesn't match. Is there a reason why we go with Aggregation/Key vs OPERATION/COLUMN?
