It seems the repo you linked is not working it gives this error message [exp] This version of the Expo app is out of date. Uninstall the app and run again to upgrade.. Also, i tried to create I similar repo to yours using create-react-native-app, but it gave me another error related apollo.

It works fine on my phone using the expo app, but for the desktop simulator, i'm still getting the same error.

MohammedBm, try updating expo client on your computer and follow this instruction: https://docs.expo.io/versions/latest/introduction/installation
