Research C++ Armadillo Library for Simulation via ROS #29

C++ is what we’re going to use for the ROS simulation of the system, so creating a C++ program that will simulate the forward and likely inverse kinematics of the Atlas Robot is required. To accomplish this, the Armadillo library will be used.
