Requirements:

• [ ] Single board
• [ ] holds all 12 encoder counters
• [ ] has over current protection built in
• [ ] is fully interfacing safe, meaning reverse voltage safe, over current safe, fully idiot proof.
• [ ] should have vias or scrapable traces all over the place, so that if something needs to be re-wired it can be without making a whole new board.
