Hi @fcamara7 as Diego says, the most concerning part here is the duplicated BUSCOs, but I can't see any evidence of this in the merqury plots. Perhaps this is a real duplication, but I couldn't see any similar results in other published Bovinae genomes. The scaffolding is already pretty amazing.

Thanks to both for reviewing our submission and for the comments. I will start doing some manual curation with other members of our group this week, that should give us some more insights! @diegomics it could be..
