Enable NoSleep from the top menu bar according to chosen preference settings

This is a enhancement proposal.

Could you make the NoSleep on/off button (Zz on top menu bar) turn on NoSleep 
according to the settings chosen in NoSleep preferences. 

For now, the Zz button only enables "Never sleep on AC adapter", and to enable 
"Never sleep on Battery", I have to go to preferences thru the quick menu (and 
it takes a few seconds to load too)

I use this a lot on gigs, (when allowing my mac to sleep would disconnect my 
audio-gear from my macbook, thus loosing settings etc..) And already once my 
macbook went to sleep when I forgot the separate battery setting, and 
accidentally disconnected my mac from AC power..

I think it would be much better if the Zz enabled both settings when needed.

There is a special version by Volanin in issue #28, which has only one toggle.
