Detector Data bundles shall be sent every 10s.
Rationale
TTN Duty Cycle Fair use Policy foresees 30s airtime per day (24h). Given a detector message size sent out will be 50 bytes, Spreading Factor SF9 and a Bandwidth of 250kHz will be used (in Europe), the airtime per message will be almost 200ms (see LoRaWAN airtime calculator). Thus, 9000 messages can be sent out per node per day (24h), so around every 10s (or 6 messages per minute).
