Add security mechanism to prevent spoofing #59

This PR implements a password that has to be provided together with a Device ID in order to generate the derived key. The password is already in the stored App Service Documentation was added for local development and testing

Note: this PR is created on top of #58. If 58 already merged, merge directly to master.
