Email service on backend #55

See ISSUE_51. This should be a follow up improvement. In summary: Implement service that will be able to send email with given

multiple addresses (given by user)
subject (e.g. Event name)
email body (including Event details)
signature (name of logged in user)

should this be just email service or do we want to have integration with some changes on events? (like joining event, notifications, etc...). Will this integration be in separate ticket?

@rochus222 I thought that for the moment we just need to invite event participants somehow, but when you mention it... It would be nice to have email notifications in the future as well. You can create separate ISSUE for that if you want.

ok so for this ticket only create email service linked to invitations and send invitation emails?
