Problem statement

There is no Agriculture Settings Page in the Agriculture Module to specify some defaults for the entire system.

Possible solution to Problem

Add a single Agriculture Module Settings single DocType.

+1 on the agriculture settings page. Besides unit of measures, I think it might make sense to link custom translations here, so that there's an easy way to switch in a bulk set of terminology per industry. I can think of a lot of things that should go here. Default warehouses, etc... Maybe some overlap from Company

Was checking the develop version and there are two new doctypes there: UOM Conversion Factor UOM Category Which I have a vague recollection of suggesting back in the day when I did not know much about how to develop. i-have-no-memory-of-when-i-suggested-this

The ony thing to be done now is to select the unit, and whichever unit is selected, gets converted using the data in UOM Conversion factor. One beauty of it is that it is modifiable by the user. The user can thus enter his own conversion factor if desired.
