Suggestion from HERE. I can see at least two possible solutions:

Concern the bicycle path as a specific feature type (restriction) in the network: Define a bicycle path as a feature type by extending the RoadFeatureType codelist with a specific type “bicyclepath”. Example:

Concern the bicycle path as a form of way: Define a more generic feature type by extending the RoadFeatureType codelist with a type “formOfWay” (should have been done anyway?) and extend the the RoadFeaturePropertyType codelist with the type “formOfWayValue” and use values according to INSPIRE (Form Of Way (europa.eu))
