New Road feature type - "ISADClassification"
New Road feature property - "ISADLevel"
A new Code list "ISADLevelCode" with the values.

Update ccamLevel - ISADLevels:

added to RoadFeatureTypeCodeExtensions (*) dictionaryEntry "ccamLevel" and changed codespace
added to RoadFeaturePropertyTypeExtensions (*) dictionaryEntry "isadLevel" and changed codespace
added ISADLevelCode.xml included the definitions A -> E corresponding to the ISAD levels
uploaded to ERTICO's codelist repository http://spec.tn-its.eu/codelists/
uploaded to Github : https://github.com/ERTICO-TN-ITS/TN-ITS-Open/tree/master/XSD/codelists

(*) note the name postfix "Only" in the xml name was dropped, so it is just "Extensions" and as this is a general extension, the xml files are placed in the root of the Codelists folder_
