Fix display of correct component name upon adding new component (implement graph:addnode response) #264

flowd generates a unique suffix upon adding a new component, but it does not get shown in te UI
this is because the graph:addnode response returns an empty response and noflo-ui fills in the bare it knows, the component name
noflo-ui seems to send incomplete data, and label should actually show the Repeat_xxxxx name:
noflo-ui does not seem to make use of the graph:addnode response, for example label does not get updated when it is returned, which means it does not need to be returned (assuming noflo-ui behavior is correct)
