there is the Chat API from OpenAI
the Completion API is the old API
image generation (DALL-E) etc. are other APIs
Use cases:
- Ask ChatGPT to comment or judge an IP value
- Ask ChatGPT to summarize or interpret an IP value
- AI chat bots
