Implement the LockedCamera interface, but for screenshots through mss.

Ideally would include (in order of importance):

context-management
existing processing, iteration, play/pause, and stream/record_stream functionality
monitor dictionary/tuple instead of camera_id
some (cross-platform) method of automatically determining coordinates of a specified window/application
consider whether asyncio would be a superior option to threading
