cnrm-cm6-1 initialization from cmip5 failed? #2

@momipsl Hi Mark,

Thanks for initializing the xls. As you noticed, very few things came across from CMIP5 (in fact, the xls remain nearly empty!). However, when looking at the ES-DOC entries for CNRM-CM5, there is a lot of parameters that are filled-in. Is it a usual behavior other modeling groups encountered as well? Do you know where the problem comes from?

I had a discussion with Sebastien an hour or so ago regarding the seeding of the CNRM-CM6-1 model documentation from CMIP5. This prompted me to do some deeper analysis and I managed to discover an issue with a single line of code that was resulting in a CMIP5 -> CMIP6 mapping failure.

I have issued a code fix and rerun the job to seed the CNRM-CERFACS spreadsheets from CMIP5 documentation where appropriate. If you could please review the updated spreadsheets it would be useful:
