Review PMIP experiments with MIP PIs.

lig127k and midPliocene-eoi400 are both used in CMIP6. Added specifications for GHG concentrations in paleoclimate experiments as defined in the PMIP GMD paper. Added ice-sheet and land-sea mask info. Updated the PMIP references.
