metadata that VolMIP would like to collect about initialisation states

"we would like that for each ensemble member the initialization year is reported, and which are the states of ENSO and AMOC (as positive/neutral/negative according to the definition in the VolMIP paper)."

Remove references to LongS from VolMIP descriptions

Send VolMIP updates to Martin re objectives (see emails from Davide)

I made the objectives ticket https://github.com/cmip6dr/Request/issues/22 and removed the references to old ensemble names (LongS etc). Wrote to Davide about using netcdf global attributes to record the metadata re branch time from the piControl and the gathering of information about the ENSO/AMOC states.
