C4MIP homepage update required. #233

The link to the C4MIP hompage needs to point to http://www.c4mip.net/ At the moment the c4mip homepage points to a page at ipsl (http://c4mip.lsce.ipsl.fr/) which I think must have been harvested from the CMIP6 data request because the homepage field isn't in the database that I maintain. Therefore Mark'll have to do the update.
