The forcing constraint forcing_type can be one of:
("historical", "Best estimates of actual state (included synthesized)"),
("idealised", "Simplified and/or exemplar, e.g. 1%C02"),
("scenario", "Intended to represent a possible future, e.g. RCP4.5"),
("driven", "Driven from another simulation")
I've used historical, idealised, scenario and control.
Need to review for consistency with the CIM
