Create tool to build coupling interfaces in ipython notebook #15

Tooling to be developed to create specific notebook listing the relevant subset of these interfaces (for the model considered) first - order by _to first (+ specific pdf/spreadsheet to be hacked with/by scientists)

No longer required due to deprecation of iPython notebooks in favour of spreadsheets
