Collect axis info in axis_spreadsheet

Collect furtherfurther info URL (one by institute)

• [ ] config file in github repo - may contain other info
• have groups fill that config file early
• one URL per model
• or include in CMIP6 CVs ? - discuss with Paul Durack

Collect responsible parties mnemonic from cmip6/responsible_parties.xls

• [ ] develop tooling for this

Develop script to run and updated ensemble doc once these are up to date
