Creation of CIM documents from cdf2cim output #20

The ESGF "CMIP6 Data Challenge 1" is complete, and cdf2cim is functioning as expected (latest version of cdf2cim to be imminently uploaded to PyPi).

The upcoming "CMIP6 Data Challenge 2" will be using and installing the forthcoming PyPi release.
