Create conformance spreadsheets

I'm not sure what we meant about "replacing MIP column by experiment".

The stage two spreadsheet needs to copy the stage 1 information into it for each experiment. I think that one tab per experiment lends itself to this. The duplicate lines for where one member does something different than the other still stands (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oXX44qmHsxctiaQlHBGSIYe50IpL9UGDHdw6X9mfwkI/edit#gid=0).
