No impact on answer (0.0.+1) and no new generation of artifacts (e.g. typo)
Is there an impact on the artifacts or answers ?

- Revised question
Collect issues (via different means)
Create v1.1 in 6 months to a year
Deploy this
- Ask all groups to sync the xls
- Update xls with new specialisation

This framework is agreed. I shall open a new "to do" ticket to actually create and deploy v1.1 of the schema.
