Decide once and for all what to call the models being manipulated by the Questionnaire... and change the documentation accordingly.

Version vs. Ontology? Document vs. Instance vs. Model? Customizer vs. Customization? Controlled Vocabulary?

should we use: Ontology instead of Version? Customizer for the process, and Customization for the "thing being created"? Document for the thing being created (and published) in the Questionnaire? reserve instance & model for internal use:?

All of the above suggestions are now in-place.
