After publishing a document from the project page, a link to the project's document feed should appear. #423

On the Project Page, a link to the project's document feed only appears if there are published documents.

If there were no published documents and then a document is published, that section of the Project Page template should be reloaded so that the link to the feed should be displayed.

Alternatively, I could just always show the link. In the case of a project having no published documents the link would just point to an empty feed. That's okay.
