Should I allow users to "underspecify" an ontology version in the URL? As of v0.15.0.0, ontologies support fully-specified versioning (ie: "major.minor.patch"). To make the URLs simpler, though, should I allow a version of, for example, "cim_1_10" to redirect to "cim_1_10_0"?
